At Plast Eurasia 2017, Taiwan-based POLYSTAR demonstrated its easy-to-use recycling technology for processors who are looking to recycle in-house, post-industrial waste.

The company's recycling machine can process various types of material including printed HDPE/LDPE film, stretch film, shrink film, BOPP, CPP or OPP laminated film. It can also recycle injection molded waste (rigid regrind), PP jumbo bag/raffia and thermoformed waste generated during the production process.

POLYSTAR hailed the use-friendliness of its machine design – from user interface, machine operation, maintenance to replacement of individual consumable spare parts.

According to the company, the Turkish market is growing significantly, with the numbers of recycling machines installed doubled comparing to the previous year. Here the 250kg/h model as well as the 400kg/h model have been the most popular across different sectors.

POLYSTAR will also demonstrate live its recycling machine at Interplastica 2018 and Plastindia 2018.
