Canadian recycler doubles recycling capacity with second POLYSTAR
The professional recycler located in Montreal has doubled its capacity with the second POLYSTAR recycling machine installation. The first machine was commissioned in the year of 2012. Following a smooth operation on the first line and a substantial growth in the sector of plastic recycling business, the company decided to invest in the second line in 2015 to increase capacity. The two POLYSTAR recycling lines are currently processing approximately 1 ton of LDPE, non-woven and BOPP waste every hour. The POLYSTAR is extremely easy to operate. When you change from processing one material to another on the POLYSTAR, it’s faster than any other recycling machines we’ve worked with, including the recycling machines we’ve acquired from Europe, according to Mr. Jolan, director of the Canadian recycler.
