Plastic Bag Recycling Machine Installed in Thailand
POLYSTAR installed a 120mm plastic bag recycling machine in Thailand. The film and bag producer is now equipped with an HNT-120V, processing up to 500kg per hour of HDPE, LDPE and PP film waste. The waste comes mainly from PE glove-making process.
The Thai company is one of the main exporters of disposable PE gloves.
Previously equipped with a 65mm plastic bag recycling machine, the company found it necessary to add another plastic bag recycling machine with greater production capacity as its film production increases.
The high-quality pellets produced from the plastic bag recycling machine are put directly back into the production line for reprocessing.
