Vietnam — Seafood Packaging Producer Scales Up with POLYSTAR
Since installing its first POLYSTAR in 2017, this premium seafood packaging manufacturer has steadily expanded with 18 additional twin-head Duo-X 55 and Duo-X 45 blown film machine lines for different film sizes.
Founded in 1999, Hainam Group operates multiple facilities across Vietnam and supplies high-quality packaging to exporters of live seafood. While its production is anchored by German 5–7 layer co-extrusion lines, POLYSTAR’s simple-to-operate and consistent monolayer blown-film machines fit perfectly into its workflow.
To close the circular manufacturing loop, the company also recycles in-house waste (start-up scraps, trims, rejected films and bags), using a POLYSTAR Repro-Flex 120 recycling system — strengthening both efficiency and sustainability.
