Vietnam — 18 Additional Blown Film Line and Recycling System Installation for Seafood Packaging Manufacturer
Since installing its first POLYSTAR in 2017, Hainam Group has steadily expanded with 18 more twin-head Duo-X 55 and Duo-X 45 blown film machine lines to produce seafood packaging for different film sizes.
The group operates multiple facilities across Vietnam and supplies high-quality packaging to exporters of live seafood. While the group started its production with German-made 5–7 layer co-extrusion lines, POLYSTAR’s simple-to-operate and consistent monolayer blown-film machines perfectly take place into its workflow.
To close the circular manufacturing loop, the company also recycles in-house waste that comes from the production, using a POLYSTAR Repro-Flex 120 pelletizing machine for plastic recycling — strengthening both profitability and sustainability.
