Denmark – Recycling line for high quality pellets

In November 2016, a POLYSTAR Repro-Flex 65 was installed at the Denmark-based shopping and DHL bag producer. The compact recycling line now recycles printed packaging waste and non-printed LDPE film and bags that the producer generates internally from bag making and blown film processes.
The film producer had been running the POLYSTAR co-extrusion and mono blown film lines since 2014 before making the decision to bring in its own in-house recycling machine to maintain good and consistent quality of the recycled pellets. The film produces a variety of products including industrial packaging, carrier bags, flat bags, loop handle, patch handle and many others.
The installation was carried out by POLYSTAR’s service team located in Russia. “We were very happy that Ivan (the Russian technician) visited our factory and the installation and training went very well,” according to the director of the Danish bag producer.
