Polystar complete another project for injection recycling plant in Israel. A group company in injection industry expands their business division by adding a plant for plastic recycling.
Polystar installed the 500 Kg/Hr hopper feeding plastic recycling machine with a separate crusher to sooth the demand for recycling the plastic wastes from factories in the field of injection, blow moulding, vacuum formation production, etc. Post-industrial wastes such as rejected parts, lumps, and purges will be crushed in advance by a separate crusher, and materials will be transport to the plastic recycling machine for the following recycling procedure.
The plastic recycling machine melts and pelletizes the crushed materials and turns them into uniformed plastic pellets for further usage. Pellets of high quality and uniformity are sold either locally or overseas for application such as outdoor furniture and auto mobile parts.
