2014 April, Polystar installed 4 sets of mini blown film machine and one set of T-shirt bag making machine for a customer who just entered plastic bag production business in Kazakhstan.
The customer was originally doing plastic bag trading business in Kazakhstan. Due to the demand of the plastic bags is increasing, the customer decided to start his own factory to produce plastic bags. First to start the business with 4 mini type blown film machine and one T-shirt bag making machine. The mini blown film machine has the output of 40 kg/hr, T-shirt bag making machine is capable for cutting 360 pcs of bags per minute. The customer would be able to sell the bags produced by himself and the bags that he buys from other producers. He could evaluate either producing or buying is more profitable for his business.
During the discussion with customer for the new project, Polystar understood his concern for producing the films. Since the raw material cost is getting higher and higher, the customer hope to save some cost on the raw material. In this case, Polystar suggested customer to blend CaCO3/ recycled material into raw material for saving raw material purpose. The mini blown film machine that Polystar offered to customer is also specially designed for processing CaCO3 and recycled material. The melting and mixing ability is higher than the machine which is for processing 100% raw material. This extruder is able to process 100% recycled material. For CaCO3, maximum 40% can be added into the raw material.
