Polystar has recently installed the 4th twin (two) head blown film extruder in the Chilean company who focuses on the production of T-shirt bags, mainly for supermarket usages.
The company, located in Santiago Chile, focuses on the production of flexible packaging, currently producing plastic bags and films of HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE with the blown film extruders.
The twin head blown film extruder is ideal for making HDPE and LDPE film roll that will eventually be made into t-shirt bags.
Two blown film extruders are with 55mm screw and the other two blown film extruders are with 45mmm. The four extruders are producing plastic film products of different width and thickness.

The twin head blown film extruder can process HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. The rotary device installed on die head of the blown film extruder evenly and randomly distributes the film thickness variation, enabling the machines to produce smooth and flat film roll.
