More than 30 sets blown film lines have been installed in Russia since 2012

Polystar's blown film line is recognized by some of the industrial leaders in Russia. Since 2012, the largest film producer in St. Petersburg, has already acquired 30 sets of blown film line from Polystar.

Polystar's mini blown film line and monolayer blown film line is in the production line of this company. The company is using the mini blown film line for producing small plastic bags for food packaging. The monolayer blown film line is used for shrinkable film production. Most of the plastic films produced by Polystar's blown film line are sold to food packaging industry. As per the production manager's conversation, the plastic film which is produced by Polystar's blown film line has higher resistant level, which is durable for food packaging industry.

Except blown film lines, this company also installed two air cooled recycling machine for recycling their own in-house waste.

The factory is now producing HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE with Polystar's blown film lines.
