Plastic recycling machine operating in Chile

The largest plastic producer in Chile (Santiago), who focuses on the production of PE films and PVC pipes, has recently added two Polystar HNT-120V plastic recycling machines in their film division. The company focuses on the recycling of mulch film and green house film. The two plastic recycling machines are currently producing around 850kg per hour, recovering the waste from multiple sets of 5 layer co-extrusion lines from Italy.

The pellets produced from the plastic recycling machine are put directly back into the production line, primarily in the middle layers which are not visible. Some LDPE pellets are used for pipe production.

The HNT-V plastic recycling machine is able to recycle HDPE as well as LD/LLDPE and PP.
