Plastic Recycling System commissioned in Mexico
Polystar installed a 85mm plastic recycling system in Guadalajara, Mexico. The film and bag producer is now equipped with an HNT-85V, processing around 200kg per hour of HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE film waste. The waste comes mainly from defected film products and start-up waste.
The Mexican company is one of the most productive producers in the area who focuses on flexible packaging (bags and films) of HDPE and LDPE. Previously equipped with a 65mm plastic recycling system, the company needed to add another plastic recycling system for greater production capacity, as more film waste is being produced from the new co-extrusion blown film machines installed last year.
The newly-installed HNT-85V plastic recycling system helps the company to recover their in-house waste rapidly, ranging from the film production for food, agricultural, pharmaceutical, general packaging and etc.
The HNT-V plastic recycling system is able to recycle HDPE as well as LD/LLDPE and PP.
