The quotation we provide is based on FOB Taiwan. However, if you'd like to receive a CIF price(Cost, Insurance & Freight), please specify the port name of your country and then our sales representatives will be able to provide a CIF price.

We offer 1 year warranty on all mechanical parts and 6 months warranty on all electrical devices. We offer free replacement parts as well as the shipping of the replacement when the machine is still under warranty. To apply for a replacement, please download the RMA form under "RMA and parts replacement" from our website, fill out the form, and e-mail your request to: rma@polystarco.com, our RMA team will contact you within 24 hours.

Upon receiving the order, we start to design and manufacture the machine immediately. Depending on the size of the extruder, it usually takes about 45~60 days to complete. We will inform our clients when the order is ready for shipment, at the same time providing the complete testing report (with videos, photos and testing results of the machine). We also strongly recommend our clients to come to our manufacturing site to see the machine running before shipping.
